REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund Requests must be made during weekday business hours (8 a.m. until 8 p.m.) 48 hours in advance of service request dates with a member of office management. (After hours voice mail not an acceptable notification).

ROUND TRIP and ONE WAY RESERVATIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE unless requested:

  • Shuttle Service: 48 hours in advance of scheduled request dates.
  • Private Car Service: 48 Hours in advance of scheduled request dates.
  • Charters: Two weeks in advance of scheduled request dates.

Cancellation policy:
SHUTTLE SERVICE: SHUTTLE ARRANGEMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE WITHOUT 48 HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE.

Motor Coach and Minibus service arrangements require minimum of One Week advance cancellation notification for refund of full or partial prepaid fares. All Services require Prepayment in advance of service dates. On Line shuttle service reservations require 24 hour minimum advance notification.
