For your reference, we have listed our cancellation policy here. We ask that you notify our offices as soon as your plans change to avoid possible fees.
Refund Requests must be made during weekday business hours (8 a.m. until 8 p.m.) 48 hours in advance of service request dates with a member of office management. (After hours voice mail not an acceptable notification).
Cancellation & Refund policy:
Minimum 48 hours to 30 days of cancellation requirement depending on the vehicle type applies to all reservations. There would be a 50% cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled without proper written notice to us.
NOTE: ALL Cancellations must be requested during weekday business hours (8 a.m. until 8 p.m.).
